.The machine named "Evaporation vacuum coating machine",vertical double door.This is the vacuum process to make product metallized and colorful.It adopts the resistance heating in the vacuum chamber,to melt down and vaporization the coating metal materials.Usually it's the tungsten wire heating and melt the aluminum wire and deposit on product surface.So mainly the finished product is silver color.If you need other colors,you need to spray top painting.
The whole project process will be:(Attached pls find more details in the PPT file )
1, clean products to remove dust and oil
2, use oven to dry keep surface no water
3, spray base painting oil
4, use oven to dry base paintng oil
5, put all products inside metallizing machine to get aluminium
6,spray top painting oil, this step you can get all kinds of color(golden,silver,blue,........all kinds of color)
7,use oven to dry top painting oil
Pls pay attention that evaporation vacuum coating machine coat aluminum to make silver color,any color you need spray top painting to achive.
All machine for the whole project:
1, vacuum metallizing machine: vertical double doors,from close door until open door, the cycle time will be 7-15 minutes.

1, spraying painting booth 1 sets
2. oven 2 set
3,spraying gun 2 sets
4,water cooling tower+water pump 1 set
5, air compressor+air drier+air filter+gas store tank 1 set
