CVD coating.

Potential customers that felt that CVD was old technology have found that just like cars and smart phones evolve from year to year with improvements, Stewarts CVD technology has improved to the best in the industry. Stewart Engineers employees staff with experience with AGC, PPG & Pilkington CVD systems and we are confident that Stewart Engineers CVD coating systems are equal or superior to them in every measurement of efficiency and performance. We are confident enough to guarantee the performance is equal or superior to these common products as follows:

I’m sure you know the cost for CVD coatings are ~25% of the production costs for sputter coating and the benefits for hard coat increase when you consider failure from improper storage & handling of soft coat especially with guarantees on installed IG units manufactured with soft coat glass.

The history of the glass industry clearly supports advanced products gaining success. There will be more demand for coated products and SE can help you be a low cost producer of value added coated glasses. I welcome the opportunity to discuss CVD coating as your schedule permits. Please advise.
