I can source the refractory materials for you according to your needs and requirements. I will send related supplier's information to you, including the factory's general information, quotation, website, etc, so that you will have a general idea before choosing your refractory suppliers in China. 
2. Product inspection and delivery supervision
I can go to the manufacturer's factory for the inspection when the production is finished, which will ensure that production is in accordance with the specifications, orders or conditions of credit before shipping.
I can also supervise the packing and loading of your goods to the transportation vehicle, and provide assistance to the manufacturer for the export procedures, such as documents making, custom clearance, etc, which will ensure that you receive your goods in correct quantity and time. 
There are some Chinese factories, they could produce good quality products, but they don't know how to make export documents. I would provide assistance to them and short the emotion distance between you and your suppliers. 
3.Be your purchasing office in China
If you had many business in China, but you can not come to China frequently to handle these matters, just appoint me as your office in China, I can:
A. I will follow your requirement to communicate with your supplier. 
B. I act as your buying office in China.
C. I will never charge any commission from your supplier. 
D. All communication between your supplier and me will be opened to you.
