Batching plant automation system was renewed in 1996 by changing PLC cards and PC.

BATCHING PLANT AUTOMATION :

In this project, the complete automation of the raw material preparation plant is provided by Elimko using Elimko PLC System and PC Software.

This plant serves the 4 glass furnaces with total capacity 550 tons/day.

Old mechanical scales are taken out and new electronic batching scales are installed with load cell.

BATCHING PLANT AUTOMATION MODERNISATION AND ADDING 2 MORE LINES :

Batching plant automation system was renewed and 2 batching lines were added in 1997 also PC and the PC Software is renewed.

WEIGHT TEST SCALES :

Two weight test scales system is installed for Paþabahce Mersin Glass Factory to separate less filled packages.
